For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2.1 By accessing ph367.win, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ph367 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms apply to all access and use of the ph367 platform regardless of the device, network, or method used to access it, including browser access via ph367.win and access via any mobile application.

2.3 ph367's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as published on ph367.win, are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.4 ph367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement: Use of the ph367 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age minimum reflects the requirements of Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming. ph367 will verify the age of all registering Players through KYC procedures. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned where reasonably practicable, and all winnings forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction: ph367 is licensed and operated for players within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of ph367 is lawful under the laws applicable to them. ph367 does not knowingly offer services to persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

3.3 Registration Accuracy: Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their legal full name as it appears on their Philippine government-issued ID, their active Philippine mobile number, and their date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ph367 Account. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identification documents — is strictly prohibited. ph367 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to belong to the same individual may be suspended and all associated funds and winnings forfeited.

3.5 Employee Restriction: Current employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and directors of ph367 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming on the platform.

4.1 Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph367 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorised Access: If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph367 immediately via the live chat support on ph367.win. ph367 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of your Account by an unauthorised third party where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification: ph367 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. Players must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and such other documentation as ph367 may reasonably require. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Inactivity: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive ("Dormant Account"). ph367 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to Dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the Player's registered contact information. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to the Player prior to its application.

4.5 Account Currency: All ph367 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through GCash, Maya, or other PHP-denominated payment methods are credited in PHP. Deposits made via USDT or other non-PHP instruments are converted to PHP at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

5.1 Deposits: Deposits to ph367 Accounts may be made via the payment methods displayed on ph367.win at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. ph367 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions: Players may only deposit funds from payment sources in their own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account, card, or wallet not owned by the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the Player's Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount via GCash and Maya is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are as specified on the ph367 Cashier page at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered to the Player's Account. ph367 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts within sixty (60) minutes of request approval. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the operating hours of the relevant Philippine financial institution.

5.5 Withdrawal Verification: ph367 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts, prior to processing. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in accordance with the requirements of RA 9160 (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations.

5.6 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount via GCash and Maya is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount via bank transfer is ₱500. ph367 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified Accounts.

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, free spins, and other promotional offers made available by ph367 are subject to these General Terms and the specific bonus terms applicable to each individual promotion, as displayed in the Promotions section of ph367.win at the time the promotion is active.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be completed before the bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each promotional offer.

6.3 Eligible Games: Not all games on ph367 contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. The percentage contribution of each game category is specified in the applicable bonus terms. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slot games unless stated otherwise.

6.4 Validity Period: All bonuses carry a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple Accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in all claims being voided.

6.6 ph367 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Amendments will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a Player in good faith prior to the effective date of any change.

7.1 Game Rules: Each game available on the ph367 platform is governed by the individual rules of that game as specified within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to the outcome of individual game rounds.

7.2 Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ph367 and are displayed within each game interface before a wager is placed. ph367 reserves the right to apply different betting limits to different Player Accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in the context of VIP table access or as a responsible gaming measure.

7.3 Malfunction & Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, ph367 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players. No claim shall arise from ph367 in respect of winnings that would have been generated but for such malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph367 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one ph367 Account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment instruments to fund a ph367 Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity in violation of RA 9160 (AMLA) or any applicable Philippine financial crime legislation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the ph367 platform, including to place wagers, claim bonuses, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Players or with ph367 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ph367 platform to generate unintended wins;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward ph367 staff or other Players via the platform's live chat or other communication channels;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Accounts of other Players without authorisation;
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal claims in bad faith in respect of genuine ph367 transactions;
• Using the ph367 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial gambling operations or on behalf of third parties.

9.2 Available Tools: All ph367 Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time via their Account settings:

10.1 ph367 collects, processes, stores, and shares Personal Data as described in the ph367 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph367 platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described therein.

10.2 ph367 processes Player data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

10.3 ph367 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, or other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or valid legal process, without requiring Player consent for such disclosure.

10.4 Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data held by ph367, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests may be submitted to ph367's support team via the live chat on ph367.win.

11.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the ph367 platform — including but not limited to the ph367 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to ph367. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player any right, licence, or interest in any ph367 intellectual property.

11.2 Players may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph367 intellectual property without the prior written consent of ph367.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph367 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the ph367 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits, even if ph367 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.2 ph367's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ph367 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform may be subject to scheduled or emergency maintenance, and ph367 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph367's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ph367's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited under Philippine law.

13.1 ph367 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph367 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or harmful conduct;
• The Player's Account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to ph367, other Players, or third parties;
• ph367 is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or PAGCOR instruction; or
• It is necessary to protect the integrity of the ph367 platform or the welfare of the Player concerned.

13.2 Upon Account closure for cause (breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), ph367 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds held in the Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. Where Account closure is initiated by ph367 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, verified Real Money Funds (excluding any Bonus Funds or wagering requirement-linked amounts) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13.3 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ph367 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 ph367 is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Unresolved disputes between ph367 and a Player may be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to first contact ph367's support team via the live chat on ph367.win, as the majority of queries and disputes can be resolved at this level without escalation. ph367 targets responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.1 ph367 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph367 will notify active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent notification on ph367.win, providing reasonable advance notice of the changes prior to their effective date.

15.2 Where a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the ph367 platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 13.3. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall apply to that transaction or event, regardless of any subsequent amendment.
